SHIPPING POLICY

Zhoosh Philippines aims is to provide customers a fast and reliable delivery service. 

Successfully placed orders are verified and prepared within 24 to 48 hours ,after which your order will be delivered to your designated address. This will be processed by our fulfillment team from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS.

We deliver nationwide, with the exception of some areas outside of our logistic partners' delivery zones.  We will contact you if our logistic partners are unable to deliver the items.

If your order has not arrived after our standard delivery time, please let us know through hello@zhoosh.ph.

REFUND POLICY

We will only accept returns for damaged and faulty goods that are UNOPENED - this is due to health and safety regulations.These items can be returned within 30 days from the received date, after which we will not entertain the requested refund.

Wrongly shipped items may be returned to us within 30 days from received date.  Please provide us with all the necessary information such as goods ordered and quantity.
