What is Zhoosh QualitySleep®?
Zhoosh QualitySleep® is a patented sleep and relaxation supplement that enhances your sleep score. With the patented sleep and relaxation ingredients in our product, our multi mechanism of action product has a synergistic effect to target all your bodily functions.
How many servings are recommended each day?
1-2 servings is recommended everyday. But, we would only take 1 serving at night. It is important to note that you should not operate heavy machinery 4 hours after taking this product.
How long do I need to take this product to see results?
Zhoosh QualitySleep® effect would depend on how fast your body would absorb all the natural ingredients in the body, but on the average it would take 30 minutes to an hour for you to feel relaxed and ready for bed.
Who can take Zhoosh QualitySleep®?
Healthy adults may take our Zhoosh QualitySleep® supplement. Please ask your doctor if you are on any other medication.
Are there any side effects to taking Zhoosh QualitySleep®?
There are no reported side effects from taking Zhoosh QualitySleep® since all of these are natural ingredients, but please be advised that this contains artificial color and flavoring that may be allergic to certain individuals. Please seek your doctor’s approval first before consuming.

Zhoosh QualitySleep® is specifically made for adults. Children, pregnant and lactating mothers are advised to consult their doctors first before consuming this product.
When is the best time to take Zhoosh QualitySleep®?
Zhoosh QualitySleep® may be taken any time of the day, but for better rest and relaxation for the next day, please take this product at night when you are ready for bed.
What are your shipping methods?
Shipping Method would depend on the location of the customer. If the customer is within Metro Manila, we can do same day shipping based on when the order has been processed. If it is outside Metro Manila/Nationwide delivery, we would be using other couriers to fulfill the order.
How long does it take to receive orders?
Processing of orders would be done 24-48 hours from us receiving the order. Delivery within metro manila may be done on the day the order has been processed by same day delivery. Nationwide delivery would be 5-7 days after processing, it would depend on the specific courier used. We will update you by SMS/Email on the timeline. Please note that we do not operate on weekends/holidays.

I have been using this product for quite some time now and very effective nga siya. Masarap pa ang peach flavor niya.
I have always been a very anxious person. I have always had a hard time getting to sleep. Recently I purchaser a whoop sleep tracker to see how my sleep was doing. Long story short, not very well, my resting heart rate and wake events were very high maybe due to stress and other factors. After trying Zhoosh before bedtime, I was really amazed at the results a more restful, peaceful and deep sleep. REM was 30 percent higher. This really translated to a better day, and ultimately better quality of life! Zhoosh really is God send!
My sleep score usually ranges from 70-80+ on good days, but once I started using this qualitysleep effervescent supplement, my recovery score boosted into the 90+ range. I like the peach flavor of the supplement which makes it very easy to drink. This supplement has really helped me with my recovery and performance for the very next day. Further testing needs to be done though to maximize its effect. Hopefully I can get 100 recovery score soon.

SHIPPING POLICY
Zhoosh Philippines aims is to provide customers a fast and reliable delivery service.
Successfully placed orders are verified and prepared within 24 to 48 hours ,after which your order will be delivered to your designated address. This will be processed by our fulfillment team from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS.
We deliver nationwide, with the exception of some areas outside of our logistic partners' delivery zones. We will contact you if our logistic partners are unable to deliver the items.
If your order has not arrived after our standard delivery time, please let us know through hello@zhoosh.ph.
REFUND POLICY
We will only accept returns for damaged and faulty goods that are UNOPENED - this is due to health and safety regulations.These items can be returned within 30 days from the received date, after which we will not entertain the requested refund.
Wrongly shipped items may be returned to us within 30 days from received date. Please provide us with all the necessary information such as goods ordered and quantity.
