Zhoosh PurelyCollagen® is a patented hydrolyzed fish collagen supplement that enhances skin complexion, hair, and nail health. With the patented hydrolyzed fish collagen in our product, this ensures you that the collagen is fully absorbed.
How many servings is recommended each day?
1-2 servings is recommended everyday.
How long do I need to take this product to see results?
Studies have shown that by week 6, effects are already visible. The longer this product is used, better results would be seen. Always remember that proper diet and sleep is also recommended to ensure proper efficacy of the product.

Healthy adults may take our Zhoosh PurelyCollagen® supplement. Please ask your doctor if you are on any other medication.

There are no reported side effects from taking Zhoosh PurelyCollagen®, but please be advised that this contains marine fish and may be allergic to certain individuals. Please seek your doctor’s approval first if you are allergic to marine fish before consuming.

Zhoosh PurelyCollagen® is specifically made for adults. Children, pregnant and lactating mothers are advised to consult their doctors first before consuming this product.
When is the best time to take Zhoosh PurelyCollagen®?
Zhoosh PurelyCollagen® may be taken any time of the day, but for better absorption, please take this product on an empty stomach.
What are your shipping methods?
Shipping Method would depend on the location of the customer. If the customer is within Metro Manila, we can do same day shipping based on when the order has been processed. If it is outside Metro Manila/Nationwide delivery, we would be using other couriers to fulfill the order.
How long does it take to receive orders?
Processing of orders would be done 24-48 hours from us receiving the order. Delivery within metro manila may be done on the day the order has been processed by same day delivery. Nationwide delivery would be 5-7 days after processing, it would depend on the specific courier used. We will update you by SMS/Email on the timeline. Please note that we do not operate on weekends/holidays.

SHIPPING POLICY
Zhoosh Philippines aims is to provide customers a fast and reliable delivery service.
Successfully placed orders are verified and prepared within 24 to 48 hours ,after which your order will be delivered to your designated address. This will be processed by our fulfillment team from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS.
We deliver nationwide, with the exception of some areas outside of our logistic partners' delivery zones. We will contact you if our logistic partners are unable to deliver the items.
If your order has not arrived after our standard delivery time, please let us know through hello@zhoosh.ph.
REFUND POLICY
We will only accept returns for damaged and faulty goods that are UNOPENED - this is due to health and safety regulations.These items can be returned within 30 days from the received date, after which we will not entertain the requested refund.
Wrongly shipped items may be returned to us within 30 days from received date. Please provide us with all the necessary information such as goods ordered and quantity.
