Zhoosh QualitySleep® is a patented sleep and relaxation supplement that enhances your sleep score.  With the patented sleep and relaxation ingredients in our product, our multi mechanism of action product has a synergistic effect to target all your bodily functions.

1-2 servings is recommended everyday. But, we would only take 1 serving at night.  It is important to note that you should not operate heavy machinery 4 hours after taking this product.

Zhoosh QualitySleep® effect would depend on how fast your body would absorb all the natural ingredients in the body, but on the average it would take 30 minutes to an hour for you to feel relaxed and ready for bed.

Healthy adults may take our Zhoosh QualitySleep® supplement.  Please ask your doctor if you are on any other medication.

There are no reported side effects from taking Zhoosh QualitySleep® since all of these are natural ingredients, but please be advised that this contains artificial color and flavoring that may be allergic to certain individuals.  Please seek your doctor’s approval first before consuming.

Zhoosh QualitySleep® may be taken any time of the day, but for better rest and relaxation for the next day, please take this product at night when you are ready for bed.

Shipping Method would depend on the location of the customer.  If the customer is within Metro Manila, we can do same day shipping based on when the order has been processed.  If it is outside Metro Manila/Nationwide delivery, we would be using other couriers to fulfill the order.

Processing of orders would be done 24-48 hours from us receiving the order.  Delivery within metro manila may be done on the day the order has been processed by same day delivery. Nationwide delivery would be 5-7 days after processing, it would depend on the specific courier used.  We will update you by SMS/Email on the timeline.  Please note that we do not operate on weekends/holidays.
